Meet "The Game Chef"
Cardrona Valley Lodge is home to celebrity chef, Angelo Georgalli, TV1's The Game Chef. If you're looking for something extra special during your stay at the lodge, Angelo is available to host and cook your group a "rockstar" Game Chef dinner or cook a simple bbq for your guests or even fire up the pizza oven and everyone can make their own pizza (a great team building event)

Angelo Georgalli, is the star of "The Game Chef" TV series, which screened in New Zealand, and also on the National Geographic television channel in 90 countries around the world. He is also the author of several cookbooks, including the award-winning "the Game Chef" (and if you're lucky he might sign a copy of one of them for you).
Angelo is happy to design a menu around what you like, or leave it to the expert - he knows the area and is more than keen to rustle up and feast of local fare. Leave everything to him - all you need to do is bring the wine!
